Visual & Audio Artist
Alexandra is a Paris based award winning multidisciplinary artist, with a focus on Photography and Direction. A visual artist from Euboae Greece, she studied photography and the arts, moving later to Paris where her work continues across not just visual realms, but audio design and production too.
Her work is a testament to powerful visual storytelling, her narratives and inspiration based in nostalgia, self study and the battles of sensuality and vulnerability, creating compelling work that speaks to the human experience.
Mavrofridi’s work has earned multiple accolades, including being named a FRESH EYES Photo Talent in Amsterdam (2022,2023) and winning the Young Photographer Award at the 60th International Photo Fair in Bièvres (2024). Alexandra’s art has been exhibited internationally at renowned events such as Paris Photo, Unseen Amsterdam, the16th Athens Digital Arts Festival and the Ocean Flower Museum in Hainan, China. Her editorial work includes features such as Nasty Magazine, and the front cover of Vanguard Magazine.
